Galina has over 35 years of experience, specializing in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, mechanical systems and process piping design in both the Commercial and Industrial sectors. Galina has a wide range of expertise in engineering, equipment specification, bidding control, scheduling, site supervision, and project management.
Drew Hauge, P.L. (Eng.), C.E.T.

Drew is one of the principles at DynaWest and has more than 30 years of industrial engineering design experience in Alberta. Over his career, Drew has successfully executed a multitude of roles in piping design and drafting, Project Lead Designer, Department Supervisor, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Program Manager and Company Owner/Director. His varied industrial project experience includes mechanical, piping, machine design, material handling, structural, and plant layout.
Michelle Hauge, C.E.T.
President, CEO
Michelle has over 20 years Project Management experience related to industrial and commercial infrastructure projects for a variety of clientele. She has been involved in these projects from the initial planning phase, through design development and construction phases to final project close out. Michelle has provided design and drafting assistance including process, mechanical, architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical designs, which gives her the broad knowledge required to successfully understand and manage the project scope. She has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively and has strong leadership skills. Michelle has the ability to make the necessary decisions required for the successful outcome of the projects she oversees. She has a shared vision with her cliental of project expectations, goals and targets. Michelle is one of the original principals of DynaWest and has been instrumental in the development and growth of the company.
