ETHICS AND INTEGRITY GUIDELINE:

 

These guidelines outline DynaWest Engineering's expectations that we have for all personnel working for us. All members of our team are professionals and have a Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct that they must follow as part of being recognized as a professional. For example, a professional engineer, a certified engineering technologist and a project manager must know, understand and follow their professional guidelines at all times. This document outlines our rules to ensure ethical professional and personal relationships both at work and in our personal lives.

DynaWest Engineering recognizes that the effective management of risks is a fundamental component in achieving our business goals and is vital for our company’s continued growth and success. We have implemented risk management strategies that allows us to balance the demands of risk and opportunity in a way that ensures we deliver on our economic, environmental and social commitments and operate safely.  The objective of DynaWest Engineering Risk Management Strategies are:

  • Provide a systematic approach to the early identification and management of risks

  • Provide consistent risk assessment criteria

  • Monitor and review risk levels to ensure that risk exposure remains within an acceptable levels.

VIOLENCE PREVENTION POLICY:

 

DynaWest Engineering is committed to providing a safe work
environment and as such, violence will not be tolerated from any person working for, or on behalf-of, this company. DynaWest Engineering is committed to eliminating, or, if not reasonably practicable, controlling the hazard of violence. Everyone is obligated to uphold this policy and work together to prevent workplace violence. DynaWest Engineering has put in place; violence prevention procedures including measures and procedures to protect workers from the hazard of violence and a process for workers to report incidents or raise concerns.

HARASSMENT PREVENTION POLICY:

 

DynaWest Engineering is committed to providing a work environment in which all workers are treated with respect and dignity, therefore, harassment will not be tolerated from any person working for, or on behalf-of, this company. We are committed to eliminating, or, if not reasonably practicable, controlling the hazard of harassment. Everyone is obligated to uphold this policy and work together to prevent workplace harassment. DynaWest Engineering has put in place workplace harassment prevention procedures including measures and procedures to protect workers from the hazard of harassment and a process for workers to report incidents or raise concerns.
