Experience Summary:

 

Javier has over 21 years of extensive EPC experience in the design, sizing, and specification of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Power Generation & CHP Cogen systems. Additionally, Javier has expertise in detailed design of energy efficient process mechanical systems, Reliability Engineering, and Equipment Procurement for Commercial Buildings, Laboratories, Control Rooms, Administration Offices, and Classified Industrial Process Areas. Javier is accredited as a member of the green building practices for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), per the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) and the US Green Building Council (USGBC).
